Testors Color Shift Purple Fog comes in a 3oz aerosol can and project multiple colors at one time depending on the lighting and angle. Color Shift offers true flip and color change. Black basecoat is necessary for true color change. Use Testors 3oz Craft Black Tie (TV# 236238) as a basecoat.
